Freedom of Thought, Mental Privacy, and Self Determination.
Zedtopia shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press/internet; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition any governing body for a redress of grievances.
A well regulated Defense, being necessary to the security of a free platform, requires that the right of the people to build, make, or construct, to protect and/or defend themselves, not be infringed.
No being can do anything to you, or your person, without your consent. This applies to everyone. Any violation of a person, their space, personal effects, or entering them into any agreement without their express will and volition, is considered a violation of consent.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, files, data (including metadata), or effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated. Any and All searches require service of warrant and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
No person shall be held to answer for a crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against themself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against them; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in their favor, to have compulsory review of all evidence in the case presented, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for their defence.
As an inclusive society, Zedtopia reaffirms the basic inalienable rights of bodily soverignty and self autonomy as well as equality of all under law. Thus Zedtopia expressly prohibits discrimination, of any kind, on any basis. Furthermore Zedtopia shall not ordain nor permit any law allowing for the codification or implementation of discrimination, disenfranchisement, slavery, indentured servitude, any form of imperialism or colonialism, or anything by another name to such effect.
Freedom of Garment. All Zedtopians may wear or not wear any garment they choose.
Ecological Consciousness, Protection, and Cultivation. Zedtopia shall not ordain nor permit any law allowing for the codification or implementation of any thing, system, or even economy, that cannot exist in equilibrium with nature.
