Fucking Coon. He the perfect example of the "house nigga" played by Samuel L Jackson in Django Unchained.
Tim Scott blocked the bill because he is so stupid as to conflate compliance with higher standards for rules of engagement and deescalation with eliminating all funding for the police. Increased money for social services is not considered ok, the police want to take the social workers money and firemens money and emts money. They want all the money to go to police instead of other civil servants.
So if theres a bill where if the police don't comply with the law they wont get money, Tim Scott and other Republicans and Coons wont vote for it. When you really consider it, The police never complied with the law anyways they're just a gang with carte blanche legalized immunity. They aren't citizens they dont live like citizens and other good cops who speak on them are fired.
The hypocrisy is that Tim Scott backed the Trump executive order that did the same thing -- He's blocking this purely out of spite and partisanship. He doesn't care if more people die from Police violence as long as he looks tough on democrats to get his republican votes.

It's important to note that people actually listen and grow. For example, after increasing his awareness of the situation, Kanye actually went and did the right thing. This is how artists grow as people.
To other fellow artists. If you're doing creative work with somebody you have to be honest with them. You have to let them know if it works or not, if it vibes or not.
Honest feedback is worth more than all of Satoshi's Bitcoin.
If you're working on a project, and your objective is to deliver something 🔥🔥🔥 then you can't settle for good. You need to reach for greatness.
