Itβs rare for a police department to act so quickly. All five officers: Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Emmitt Martin III, Desmond Mills, Jr. & Justin Smith β are Black, as was Nichols. If the cops were white they would be on paid admin leave.
