On Data Rights: Personal data is personal likeness. A photographer owns the picture they took of you but they cannot release any photo of you without a consent form. fb & tiktok etc never asked consent to release or sell your likeness or data.

When companies like google, facebook, tiktok, linkedin, quora, etc sell your data that is commercial use.

Commercial Use: The use of someone’s likeness for commercial purposes without their consent can violate their right to publicity, which is recognized in several states. This means that while taking the photo may not be illegal, using it in an advertisement or for other commercial purposes without the subject’s consent could lead to legal repercussions.

There is currently no enforcement of privacy or data rights law in America because the law enforcement apparatus and spy agencies like having backdoors and the ability to harass every American unlawfully.

They don't care that eavesdropping is a crime because they eavesdrop en masse on the whole population.

Furthermore when it comes to internet privacy, if people can hack and intercept your network traffic even for videogames and block specific access or packets, then any financial, banking, or trading systems are also vulnerable.

You can't trade or do anything with fintech in America because we dont have any internet privacy or security.
